Forming
Press brake forming services for structural and sheet metal components. Capacity: 250-ton / 12 ft, 110-ton / 10 ft, and 60-ton / 6 ft.
Automated Band Saw
Automated band saw cutting for structural steel, tubing, and bar stock at 90° and 45° angles.
Cold Saw
Cold saw cutting for clean, burr-free cuts on solid bar, tube, and structural sections.
CNC Plasma Cutting
High-definition CNC plasma cutting for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plate with industry-leading thickness capacity.
CNC Punch
CNC turret punch press for high-speed hole punching, forming, and notching of sheet metal.
Hydraulic Shear
Hydraulic shearing for straight-line cuts on mild steel plate and sheet stock.
CNC Routing
CNC routing for non-metallic materials including polycarbonate, wood, rubber, plastics, textiles, and foam. Features a tangential knife for flexible materials.
